Denver Growth keeps soaring.
Yet another announcement on new $200 million development at 38th Avenue and Blake Street in Denver. JE Dunn was announced as a General Contractor for the project which will be breaking ground first quarter of next year.

This is an exciting time to be a resident of Greater Denver Area, as construction has been on the rise in the past several years, and it does not seem to be slowing down. Plenty of companies are moving their HQ here, including: Western Union, BP, Vertaforte, Red Lion Hotels and many others. Additionally Denver is in the running for 2nd Amazon HQ and our chances are very good.
Denver is on the rising and we could not be more excited to be part of it.
