After months of anticipation this 30-story office building finally breaks ground on corner of 15th and California, downtown Denver.

This stunningly looking building is just shy of 600,000 sq. ft and will be a great addition to already booming construction scene in the area. Project currently consists of office tower and undisclosed phase 2.
It is centrally located with easy access to Colorado Convention Center, Union Station, Coors Field and Pepsi center.
